Your copilot

The copilot reads your clients overnight and hands you a short list of what needs you, with the action attached. You approve or dismiss. Nothing runs until you tap.

It sits at the top of the Clients tab, and the count on the Ask button in the top bar tells you how much is open.

What it looks for

Every night it checks your own client data for:

  • Clients waiting on a reply in Pulse
  • Clients who missed most of their scheduled sessions this week
  • Clients with no activity for 7 days or more
  • Programmes ending inside the next week
  • New check-ins that have no snapshot yet
  • Clients who were added and invited but never opened their access link
  • Setup on your own account that is still incomplete

Every number on a card comes from your data. The copilot never estimates a figure.

Approving and dismissing

  • Approve runs the action named on the card, once. Tapping twice cannot run it twice.
  • Open client takes you to that client. Nothing is written.
  • Dismiss clears the card and stops the same thing being raised again for a few days.

If an action fails, the card comes back so you can retry. Nothing is half-applied.

When something is true of everyone

If a signal fires for a lot of clients at once, you get two named cards and one card for the rest: "12 more clients have never opened their access link". A fact that is true of everybody is one line in your brief, not forty.

How many you see

The brief shows four cards at a time. Show more suggestions reveals the rest. The order puts clients waiting on a reply first, then programme work, then setup, then review, and inside each group the longest wait comes first.

Check again re-runs the scan straight away, rather than waiting for tonight.

What it will not do

The copilot never messages a client on its own. Where it drafts a message, that draft is yours to read, edit, and send.
